dicas de impressão: Since PLA-Aero Pro adopts the “On-Demand foaming” technology, the filament will continue to expand in the nozzle after being heated during the printing process. Therefore, it will cause unavoidable stringing during the nozzle movement. Even adjusting the retraction setting in the slicing software cannot solve this problem. Based on the above, it is recommended to turn off the retraction setting. The string on the surface of models can easily be removed by hand.

    通用安全提示(FusRock)

    1. 长期大量使用 3D 打印材料时,建议在专用房间操作并保持通风。
    2. 有过敏史者请确认所用材质不会引发过敏反应。
    3. 有呼吸道慢性病者请佩戴口罩;其他人员也强烈建议操作时佩戴口罩。
    4. 对纤维类打印件进行打磨、切割等可能产生纤维逸出的操作时,请做好防护,避免刺入或吸入。
    5. 打印时请远离儿童与婴幼儿,注意环境安全。

    耗材(防潮)储存要求

    短期不使用时 放入密封防潮盒或进行简易抽真空即可,避免阳光直射。
    长期不使用 将耗材放入出厂铝箔袋并尽量排出袋内空气(条件允许时在袋内再放一包干燥干燥剂);外套一层家用抽真空保鲜袋后抽真空。置于阴凉干燥处,避免阳光直射。
    耗材受潮处理方案及方法
    烘干参数

    PTC 小型烘干盒:60–70℃,烘干 4–6 小时。

    小型恒温鼓风烘干机:箱内温度场往往不均匀,可能导致料盘变形;此类设备上建议适当降低温度并缩短单次烘干时间(示例:40–45℃,约 4 小时),并结合材料详情中的干燥建议综合判断。

    重要:若按此温度烘干后打印效果仍无改善,请先用空料盘做温度测试,再酌情提高烘干温度,以防温度过高或不均匀导致料盘烘干变形。

    大型恒温鼓风烘干机:60–70℃,烘干 4–6 小时。

    注意事项

    操作前请阅读

    1. 没有把握的请先用空料盘进行温度测试,以防温度过高或不均匀导致料盘烘干变形。
    2. 请严格遵循材料详情页 / 材料参数管理中推荐的烘干温度与时间。
    3. 建议使用鼓风干燥箱;不要让出风口直吹料盘(避免局部过热变形)。
    4. 烘干时注意避开强气流直吹线盘侧面。
    5. 勿将料盘直接搁在网状架子上(建议垫底金属板等平整受热面)。
    6. 取出高温料盘时注意烫伤。
    7. 注意防火与用电安全。
    8. 尽量选用箱内温度均匀的设备;避免使用家用微波炉等加热严重不均的方式;更推荐恒温鼓风干燥箱类设备。
