Printing Tips

Printing Tips:1. Nylon material is very easy to absorb moisture within the environment, and printing after absorbing moisture will result ozzing, extruding with bubbles and rough surface appearance, thus reducing print quality. It is recommended that put the filament into a dry box (humidity below 15%) immediately after opening the FusCoatingTM NexPA-GF25 vacuum foil bag for printing. Please put the unused filament back into the original aluminum foil bag for sealed storage.2. After the material is damp, there will be more printing ozzing, bubbles extruded and rough printing surface. Please dry the filament in an oven at 80-100℃ for 4-6h to restore the printing quality of FusCoatingTM NexPA-GF25.3. It is recommended to use hardened steel and above grade nozzles made by Phaetus, which can effectively improve the print quality. Besides, it is recommended that the thickness of the heating block is longer 12mm.4. After the printing is completed, the FusCoatingTM NexPA-GF25 printed part can be annealed to further improve the strength of print part. Annealing conditions: leave printing part in an oven at 80-100℃ for 4 to 8 hours and cool to room temperature naturally.

    配合防潮盒使用;务必保证送料顺畅。推荐将线材放入带轴承的防潮盒内,使用特氟龙管送入打印。

    不推荐

    不推荐直接外挂打印(防潮类耗材易吸湿导致拉丝、打印失败或效果变差)。

    若必须外挂,请注意设备结构是否会与料盘干涉,导致挤出受阻、出料不顺或卡线。(可在下方插入「解决方案」链接或说明。)

    防潮要求

    1. 及时更换干燥剂,避免耗材本身成为吸湿主体而湿度计读数变化不明显。

    2. 打印时请保证耗材置于防潮盒内;不要使用市面「一边打印一边加热」的加热防潮盒——易加剧材料老化,且水汽无法及时排出反而加重受潮。

    3.  AMS / AMS 2 等设备内打印时,请关注湿度指示并及时更换干燥剂。

    4. 耗材受潮后请及时按规范烘干处理(详见「受潮处理和储存」页签)。

    Other Suggestions 尼龙材料非常容易吸收环境内的水分,吸湿后打印会出现拉丝,挤出有气泡等现象,降低打印质量。建议您打开 FusCoating™ NexPA-CF25 真空铝箔袋包装后立即将线材放入干燥盒内(湿度控制在 15%以下)进行打印。 不用的线材请放回原包装铝箔袋内密封保存。 材料受潮后会出现打印拉丝增多,挤出有气泡,打印表面质量粗糙等现象。请将线材放入 80-100℃烘箱内干燥 4-6h,即可恢复 FusCoating™ NexPA-CF25 的打印质量。 建议选用 Phaetus 硬化钢及以上等级喷嘴,可以有效提高打印质量,建议加热块厚度不小于 12mm。 打印完成后可以对打印件进行退火处理,可以进一步提高 FusCoating™ NexPA-CF25 打印件的强度,退火条 件:80-100℃温度下放置 4-8 小时后取出即可。

    通用安全提示(FusRock)

    1. 长期大量使用 3D 打印材料时,建议在专用房间操作并保持通风。
    2. 有过敏史者请确认所用材质不会引发过敏反应。
    3. 有呼吸道慢性病者请佩戴口罩;其他人员也强烈建议操作时佩戴口罩。
    4. 对纤维类打印件进行打磨、切割等可能产生纤维逸出的操作时,请做好防护,避免刺入或吸入。
    5. 打印时请远离儿童与婴幼儿,注意环境安全。

    耗材(防潮)储存要求

    短期不使用时 放入密封防潮盒或进行简易抽真空即可,避免阳光直射。
    长期不使用 将耗材放入出厂铝箔袋并尽量排出袋内空气(条件允许时在袋内再放一包干燥干燥剂);外套一层家用抽真空保鲜袋后抽真空。置于阴凉干燥处,避免阳光直射。
    耗材受潮处理方案及方法
    烘干参数

    PTC 小型烘干盒:60–70℃,烘干 4–6 小时。

    小型恒温鼓风烘干机:箱内温度场往往不均匀,可能导致料盘变形;此类设备上建议适当降低温度并缩短单次烘干时间(示例:40–45℃,约 4 小时),并结合材料详情中的干燥建议综合判断。

    重要:若按此温度烘干后打印效果仍无改善,请先用空料盘做温度测试,再酌情提高烘干温度,以防温度过高或不均匀导致料盘烘干变形。

    大型恒温鼓风烘干机:60–70℃,烘干 4–6 小时。

    注意事项

    操作前请阅读

    1. 没有把握的请先用空料盘进行温度测试,以防温度过高或不均匀导致料盘烘干变形。
    2. 请严格遵循材料详情页 / 材料参数管理中推荐的烘干温度与时间。
    3. 建议使用鼓风干燥箱;不要让出风口直吹料盘(避免局部过热变形)。
    4. 烘干时注意避开强气流直吹线盘侧面。
    5. 勿将料盘直接搁在网状架子上(建议垫底金属板等平整受热面)。
    6. 取出高温料盘时注意烫伤。
    7. 注意防火与用电安全。
    8. 尽量选用箱内温度均匀的设备;避免使用家用微波炉等加热严重不均的方式;更推荐恒温鼓风干燥箱类设备。
